Integrate Zoho Inventory with CRM

Overview

Once the integration is set up, your Accounts, Contacts, and your Vendors in Zoho CRM can be synced with the Contacts module of Zoho Inventory. The Products in Zoho CRM can be synced with the Items in Zoho Inventory. All of this can be managed from the Zoho One UI itself.

The steps to integrate Zoho Inventory with CRM vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To enable the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Click Inventory, and go to the Available; All the available integrations will be listed.
  5. Click Enable against CRM.
Notes
Note: Integration will be enabled only after configuration is completed. Incomplete configurations will be listed under Pending Actions.

To configure the integration,

Follow the steps mentioned in the link to configure.

To deactivate the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Click Inventory, and go to the Active tab.
  5. Click the kebab menu  against CRM, then click Deactivate.
  6. Read the confirmation message and click Deactivate.
Notes
Note: While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.
You can activate the integration later by clicking Activate.

To delete the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Click Inventory, and go to the Active tab.
  5. Click the kebab menu  against CRM, then click Delete.
  6. Read the confirmation message and click Delete.
Notes
Note: Delete is an irreversible action. You will need to re-enable and configure the integration to use it again.

  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Click Inventory, and go to the Available; All the available integrations will be listed.
