Unassign admin
Prerequisites
Role required to perform this action: Organization Owner or Organization Admin
In the web application:
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Admins, then click on the admin whom you want to unassign.
- Click Unassign.
- In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes, Unassign.
Note: Admins cannot unassign an Organization Owner. Learn how the owner can transfer their ownership to a different user.
In the mobile application:
For iOS devices:
- Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
- Tap
in the bottom-right corner, then tap Admins.
- Tap and hold on the admin you want to unassign, then tap Unassign Admin.
For Android devices:
- Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
- Tap
in the bottom-right corner, then tap Admins.
- Tap and hold on the admin you want to unassign, then tap Unassign.
- Tap Unassign in the pop-up message that appears.
