Change app owner
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Applications, then click the required app.
- To transfer ownership of applications like Mail, Creator, and Analytics, please contact support@zohoone.com, as they require backend assistance.
- Click Change Owner, then choose a new owner for the app.
A few applications (Assist, Commerce, DataPrep, Sites, and Analytics)
don't allow multiple admins; as a result, upon transfer of ownership,
the current owner will lose admin privileges in the app, and the chosen
user will become the new owner.
5. Click Change.
