Zoho Apps and Creator Custom Apps CANNOT BE DEACTIVATED. Try hiding them instead.

The steps to deactivate a marketplace app vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

One Experience UI

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, tthen click Admin Panel icon  the top-right corne.
  2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.

  3. Click  meatball menu , then click Deactivate.

  4. Click Deactivate again to confirm.




Spaces UI

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.

  3. Click  meatball menu , then click Deactivate.

  4. Click Deactivate again to confirm.



Unified UI
  • Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  • Go to Applications, then click the app you need to deactivate.
  • Click button-bar-more-icon, then click Deactivate.

  • Click Deactivate again to confirm.
