Zoho Apps and Creator Custom Apps CANNOT BE DELETED. Try hiding them instead.

The steps to delete a marketplace app vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
One Experience UI
Spaces UI
Unified UI
One Experience UI

    1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  the top-right corner. 

    2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default, then click the Marketplace app you need to delete.

    3. Click  meatball menu, then click Delete.

    4. Click Yes, Confirm.




    Spaces UI

      1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  in the top-right corner. 

      2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default, then click the Marketplace app you need to delete.

      3. Click  meatball menu , then click Delete.

      4. Click Yes, Confirm.



      Unified UI
      1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
      2. Go to Applications, then click the Marketplace app you need to delete.
      3. Click button-bar-more-icon, then click Delete.

      4. Click Yes, Confirm.
