Integrate devices from ManageEngine MDM

If you are currently managing your devices in ManageEngine MDM or ManageEngine MDM (MSPs), you can easily integrate your devices and their details in Zoho One and start managing them from Zoho One.

To integrate your devices to Zoho One:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Device Management.
  3. Click Enable Device Management.

All your enrolled devices in your ManageEngine MDM account will be integrated to Zoho One. You can view your devices in the Devices tab along with the details like associated profiles and users assigned to the devices. You can also configure the devices further. Troubleshooting

If you face any issues while integrating your devices to Zoho One, here are some of the steps you can follow depending on your scenario:

Your ManageEngine MDM account is a part of ManageEngine's Desktop Central.
You may be using ManageEngine's MDM to manage your devices within the Desktop Central subscription, so you cannot add it to Zoho One.
Contact Desktop Central's support team at support@desktopcentral.com to disassociate MDM from Desktop Central, then try again to enable device management in Zoho One.
Your Zoho One admin who is trying to integrate devices in Zoho One is not an administrator in ManageEngine MDM.
The person trying to integrate devices from ManageEngine MDM to Zoho One must be an admin in Zoho One and an administrator in ManageEngine MDM.
Assign them as an administrator in ManageEngine MDM, then try again to enable device management in Zoho One.
You are currently using Zoho One trial.
You are currently using ManageEngine MDM under a paid plan, so it can only be added after upgrading your Zoho One account.
Upgrade your Zoho One account, then try again to enable device management in Zoho One.
