In the mobile application: 

For iOS devices:

1. Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device, then tap in the bottom-right corner.
   
2. Tap GROUPS, tap on the group you want to delete.
   
3. Tap in the top-right corner, then tap Delete.
   
4. Tap Delete in the pop-up message that appears.
   
5. If you're deleting a department, you can choose to move the users in the department to another department. To reassign the users:
   
1. Tap Reassign Department displayed on your phone screen.
   
2. Choose which department to move the users to, then tap Reassign and Delete.
   
3. Tap Delete in the pop-up message that appears.
   

For Android devices:

1. Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
   
2. Tap in the bottom-right corner, then tap Groups.
   
3. Tap on the group you want to delete.
   
4. Tap in the top-right corner, then tap Delete Group or Delete Department.
   
5. Tap Delete in the pop-up message that appears.
   
6. If you're deleting a department, you can choose to move the users in the department to another department. To reassign the users:
   
1. Tap Reassign Department displayed on your phone screen.
   
2. Choose which department to move the users to, then tap Reassign and Delete.
   
3. Tap Delete in the pop-up message that appears.

In the web application: 

1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
   
2. Go to Groups, then click the group you need.
   
3. Click Delete Group.
   
4. If you're deleting a department, you can choose to move the users in the department to a new department. To reassign the department:
   
1. Click Reassign department in the window that pops up.
   
2. Choose which department to move the users to, then click Assign and Delete.
   
3. If you're deleting a collaboration group, click Delete in the window that pops up.
