Add a routing policy

Prerequisites 

Permissions required to perform this action:
  1. Organization owner
  2. Organization admin
  3. Add routing policy

To add a routing policy:

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Security. In the Routing Policies tab, click Add Policy.
  3. Name the policy, then choose the groups that the policy will be applied for.
  4. Choose groups that you want to exclude from the policy.
  5. Define priority among multiple policies, by selecting one so that it'll override any sub-ordinate policies if applicable
  6. Select the authentication method. You can set any number of these methods as FIRST-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION for your users. Thus, the sign-in page for every in the assigned group will accommodate only those modes.

Note: Among Passwordless modes and social login modes, you may set any of them to a group. If the user hasn't configured any method you've set to them, they'll be allowed to log in with password for the first time. Once logged in, they'll be taken to an enforcement page where they have to configure any of the methods of the routing policy as appointed by the admin to ensure compliance. Once done, he'll be logged out and only after logging in with the assigned routing policy, he'll be allowed to access his account-oriented services.
