reset, the user's existing MFA configuration will be cleared and they
will be prompted to configure MFA the next time they sign in.
The steps to Reset MFA for users vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, the click
in the top-right corner.
- Click Users tab in the left panel, then click on the required user to reset their MFA.
- Click
, then click Reset MFA. - You can reset MFA for either a single user or multiple users:
- To reset the MFA for a single user, click on the user, then click Reset MFA.
To reset MFA for multiple users, select the users whose MFA need to be reset, then click Reset MFA.
- Ensure you have picked the users to reset MFA, then click Reset.
- On the pop-up, click Verify and re-authorize to verify your identity with your password. On the confirmation screen, click Reset.
Click Yes, Reset.
While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.
Unified UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, the click Directory in the left menu.
- Click Users tab in the left panel, then click on the required user to reset their MFA.
- You can reset MFA for either a single user or multiple users:
- To reset the MFA for a single user, click on the user, then click Reset MFA.
