Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel, then go to Users.
You can reset MFA for either a single user or multiple users:
To reset the MFA for a single user, click on the user, then click Reset MFA.
To reset MFA for multiple users, select the users whose MFA need to be reset, then click Reset MFA.
Enter your password for verification, then click Reset.
