Reset MFA for users

Note: You cannot reset MFA for external users. However, you can send them an invitation to join your organization, after which you can manage their MFA settings.

On reset, the user's existing MFA configuration will be cleared and they will be prompted to configure MFA the next time they sign in.

You can reset MFA for either a single user or multiple users:

To reset the MFA for a single user, click on the user, then click Reset MFA.
To reset MFA for multiple users, select the users whose MFA need to be reset, then click Reset MFA.

Enter your password for verification, then click Reset.

Click Yes, Reset.
