If your organization has exhausted its available user licenses while adding or importing a user, you can purchase additional licenses directly from the Zoho One admin console.
Licenses can still be purchased through the Zoho Store. Learn how to add or reduce licenses from the store.

Roles required to perform this action:
Organisation Owner
If you have any unused Lite user licenses, you can use them to add the user. To do this,
4. Enter the number of user licenses required.
5. Click Calculate Price.
6. Click Make Payment.
2. Click Users, then click Add User.
3. Click , then click Import.
4. Click Purchase licenses. The required user count will be auto-populated based on the import.
5. Click Calculate Price.
6. Click Make Payment.
7. Select your preferred payment method. Once the payment is complete, the additional licenses will be ready to assign to new users.
If your Zoho One subscription was purchased through our partner and you've reached your user license limit, please contact your partner to acquire additional licenses.
3. Trial account
If you're on the Zoho One trial and want to add or import new users, you can upgrade your subscription online or contact our support for assistance.
