Collaboration Add-On
Collaboration add-ons will be considered additional licenses in your Zoho One organization.
What does the collaboration add-on include?

How does this work?
While adding any user, you can click the checkbox that says "Add as a lite user", and that user will be added to your organization as a Collaboration add-on user. This means the added user can only access the 7 applications (WorkDrive [Includes Sheet, Show, and Writer], Mail storage with attachment limit, Cliq file storage, Connect storage) that the collaboration add-on supports.
If you are in All Employee Pricing, you can buy this add-on only for the users who do not belong to your payroll. Other users include contract employees, vendors, and freelancers.
If you are in Flexible User Pricing, you can buy this add-on for any users. However, these users can access only the 7 applications allowed in the add-on.

Who is a lite user?
Lite users are those in the organization who will not own a Zoho One license. Collaboration add-on users can be accountants, blue-collar employees, event organizers, contract employees, free lancers, clients, and partners.

Lite users are those in the organization who will not own a Zoho One license. Collaboration add-on users can be accountants, blue-collar employees, event organizers, contract employees, free lancers, clients, and partners.
Who is a regular Zoho One user?
Regular users can access all the apps in that organization.
Note: You can convert a lite user into a regular user and vice-versa, provided you have enough Zoho One licenses and Collaboration add-ons.
To convert a lite user into a regular user:
- Sign in to Zoho One
, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Click Users, then click on the user you want to convert.
- Click Convert to Regular User.
Note: This user will be converted to a regular user if you have enough user licenses. Otherwise, the user will remain a Lite User.

- Sign in to Zoho One
, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Click Users, then click on the user you want to convert.
- Click Convert to Lite User.
