Purchase recurring and non-recurring add-ons
To opt in for recurring and non-recurring add-ons:
- Sign in to Zoho One.
- Click your profile icon on the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Under Subscription , click Manage.
- For recurring add-ons:
- Click Manage Add-Ons .
- Choose the required value from the drop-down list across the add-on.
- For non-recurring add-ons:
- Beside Nonrecurring Add-ons , click Buy More .
- Choose the required value from the drop-down list across the add-on.
- Click PROCEED , then click Make Payment.
Note: The amount displayed is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Enable auto-debit add-ons
The steps to enable auto debit add-ons vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To enable auto debit add-ons:
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
on the top-right corner.
- Add the required app: Recruit or CRM. Also, MDM (Mobile Device Management) is available as an auto-debit add-on from the Device Management tab in Zoho One.
- Based
on the type of the plan that you have had the standalone app in right
before adding it in Zoho One, you may fall into any one of the following
cases:
- Case 1: If it was that advanced plan (Ultimate plan with CRM & Staffing version with Recruit),
which is only offered as an add-on within Zoho One: An alert note will
appear saying that you had this advanced plan subscribed for the
standalone instance of the app you were using earlier. It goes on to ask
if you want to proceed with the same plan in Zoho One as well. To
enable it, click Add.
- Case 2: If was any other standalone plan: You will be set to the default plan offered in Zoho One. To enable the add-on plan either during the addition of the app to your Zoho One organization, or sometime later, you need to write an email to support@zohoone.com.
