Cancel Zoho One subscription
Info: If your purchase was made offline, please contact your account manager or
sales@zohocorp.com to cancel your subscription.
Learn how to move to an online subscription.
Subscription-related actions can only be performed by the organization owner.
Cancel trial
- Sign in to Zoho One
.
- Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Under Subscription, click Cancel Trial.
- Enter your account password and the reason for terminating the account.
- Click Cancel my Zoho One account.
Cancel subscription
- Sign in to Zoho One
- Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Under Subscription, click Manage.
- If you're under the Flexible User Pricing, click Cancel Subscription beside Subscription Details.
- If you're under the All Employee Pricing, click Change Plan beside Subscription Details, then click Cancel Subscription.
- State your reason for canceling the subscription, then click CONFIRM DOWNGRADE.
Note: To cancel the subscription immediately, uncheck Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle.
