Cancel subscription

Once you cancel your Zoho One subscription, all the applications associated with your account will be moved to the corresponding application's basic plan without any loss of data. The basic plan can either be free or trial expired. You can access the data in the respective standalone application.

But if you have any existing integrations and customizations in your active subscription, those will be lost.

1. Sign in to Zoho One .
   
2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
   
3. Under Subscription, click Manage.
   
   
   
   
4. If you're under the Flexible User Pricing, click Cancel Subscription beside Subscription Details.
   
5. If you're under the All Employee Pricing, click Change Plan beside Subscription Details, then click Cancel Subscription.
   
   
   
6. State your reason for canceling the subscription, then click CONFIRM DOWNGRADE.
   
Note: To cancel the subscription immediately, uncheck Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle.
