To access the Manage Subscription page
Sign into Zoho One.
Click your account icon in the top-right corner.
Under Subscription, click Manage and follow the instructions based on your license plan.
If your license is for the All Employee Pricing plan:
Click Manage Employees.
In the NO. OF UNITS TO MODIFY field, enter the final number of users after addition or reduction. For example, if the current user count is 30 and you wish to add five users, you will enter "35" in the field. Your change will be highlighted beneath the field, as shown in the screenshot below.
Verify the Order Summary on the right panel and click Proceed.
Review the payment details and click MAKE PAYMENT. The changes will be made and your new invoice will be sent to the registered email address.
If your license is for the Flexible User Pricing plan:
Click Manage Users.
In the NO. OF UNITS TO MODIFY field, enter the final number of users after addition or reduction. For example, if the current user count is 35 and you wish to remove three users, you will enter "32" in the field. Your change will be highlighted beneath the field, as shown in the screenshot below.
Verify the Order Summary on the right panel and click PROCEED.
Review the payment details and click MAKE PAYMENT. The changes will be made and your new invoice will be sent to the registered email address.
