Configure outgoing numbers

Users can make outgoing calls through Telephony, if a phone number is assigned to them.

The steps to configure outgoing numbers vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To assign a number to a user
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section, then go to the Outgoing Call Users tab.
  4. Click Configure.
  5. Choose a user and assign a phone number to them.
  6. Click Save.



  7. To allow the user to customize their own caller ID, click   next to the required user, enable Allow to configure custom caller ID, then click Save.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section, then go to the Outgoing Call Users tab.
  4. Click Configure.
  5. Choose a user and assign a phone number to them.
  6. Click Save.



  7. To allow the user to customize their own caller ID, click   next to the required user, enable Allow to configure custom caller ID, then click Save.

Call Recording

Before enabling call recording for outgoing calls, ensure that the use of the call recording option does not violate your company's policy or the law of the countries whose laws your company is obligated to follow.

To record outgoing calls
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section, then go to the Outgoing Calls Users tab.
  4. Enable Call Recording for outgoing calls.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One,  then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section, then go to the Outgoing Calls Users tab.
  4. Enable Call Recording for outgoing calls.

Delete outgoing number

  1. Sign in to Zoho One,  then click  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section, then go to the Outgoing Calls Users tab.
  4. Click   next to the required user, then click Delete. The user will no longer be able to make outgoing calls using this number.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section, then go to the Outgoing Calls Users tab.
  4. Click   next to the required user, then click Delete. The user will no longer be able to make outgoing calls using this number.
