Credits

Credits are the balance available for you to make or receive calls. All incoming and outgoing calls will be charged from this balance based on your location and number type. You can check your Available Credits at the top of your screen.
NotesA credit is a monetary entity equivalent to 0.91 USD

The steps to buy credits or configure auto recharge vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Buy credits

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Marketplace from the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section.
  4. Click Buy Credits in the top-right corner of your screen.



  5. Choose the number of credits you want to purchase, then click Make Payment.
Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Marketplace from the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section.
  4. Click Buy Credits in the top-right corner of your screen.



  5. Choose the number of credits you want to purchase, then click Make Payment.

Auto recharge

If your balance falls below 2 credits, auto recharge automatically recharges your wallet with a preset amount of credits.

This feature only works if your payment method is a credit card.

To configure auto recharge
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  in the top-right corner. 
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section.
  4. Click Auto Recharge in the top-right corner of your screen.
  5. Enable the toggle button and choose the credits to be added as a minimum balance at the time of auto recharge.
  6. Click Save


Notes
Partner and Partner associated customers will not have auto recharge option.

To configure auto recharge

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section.
  4. Click Auto Recharge in the top-right corner of your screen.
  5. Enable the toggle button and choose the credits to be added as a minimum balance at the time of auto recharge.
  6. Click Save.
