Integrate telephony

The steps to integrate telephony vary between the two User Interfaces supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  • Sign in to Zoho One, then click  in the top-right corner.
  • Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  • Click Learn more in the Telephony section.
  • Click View Marketplace to integrate your existing PBX provider, or click Set Up Now to purchase a number and manage it from Zoho One.

  • Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  • Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  • Click Learn more in the Telephony section.
  • Click View Marketplace to integrate your existing PBX provider, or click Set Up Now to purchase a number and manage it from Zoho One.

    Admin has not enabled Telephony
    in Zoho
    You're trying to set up your PBX
    without enabling PhoneBridge in Zoho One.
    Ask your Zoho One organization's admin to enable PhoneBridge in the Zoho One admin panel, then try again.
