Connect and manage your business

Prerequisites  

Roles required to perform this action:

  • Organization owner

  • Organization admin 

Connect your business:

A business can be widely recognised when its presence is posted across multiple location-sharing platforms, which can eventually lead to a remarkable increase in its overall productivity. This option facilitates connecting an existing location of a business that is already listed (in Google Business Profile (GBP), for example).                        

  1. Click Connect and manage in the screen that appears after proceeding to list a business.

              

  1. Choose a listing from which you want to connect your business location to Publish.

                          

  1. Choose an account to authenticate via the chosen listing. Click Authenticate using new account to authenticate from a different account.

            

  1. Choose a verified location of interest from the different categories listed and click Next.

Note: Only verified businesses can be connected and managed. Click Back to Step 1 if you want to switch to a different listing.

             

  1. Confirm your business and listing services and click Connect. Click Back to Step 2 if you want to switch to a different business location.

  2. Check for the correctness of all the details before connecting the business. Click Proceed to confirm. The business is all set to be managed through Zoho Publish.
