Change primary work location
Prerequisites
Roles that can perform this action:
- Organization Owner
- Organization Admin
- Custom roles with Edit locations permission
The details of the Primary Location will be shared with relevant applications. For example, if you choose to use Zoho Books, the primary location will be set as the default billing address. Due to its importance, the primary location cannot be deleted.
The steps to change primary location vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
Unified UI
- Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
- Go to Organization, then click Work Locations.
- Hover over the location that you want to set as the primary location.
