Integrate non-directory SAML app

Prerequisites

Roles required:
Organization Owner/Admin

To integrate non-directory SAML app:

The steps vary for the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Spaces UI
Unified UI
One Experience UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Portals on the left menu, then click the Apps tab.
  3. Click Create Custom App.
  4. Enter Display Name for your app, and provide a description if needed.

  5. Click Select SSO mode, then select SAML under Sign-In Type.
  6. Enter all SAML details.
  7. If it's necessary, perform attribute mapping for the app you're configuring as below:
    1. Enter Attribute Name, then select Format and Attribute Value.
    2. Click Done.
  8. Click Create.

Spaces UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory Settings icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Portals on the left menu, then click the Apps tab.
  3. Click Create Custom App.

  4. Enter Display Name for your app, and provide a description if needed.
  5. Click Select SSO mode, then select SAML under Sign-In Type.
  6. Enter all SAML details.
  7. If it's necessary, perform attribute mapping for the app you're configuring as below:
    1. Enter Attribute Name, then select Format and Attribute Value.
    2. Click Done.
  8. Click Create.

Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Portals, then click the Apps tab.
  3. Click Create Custom App.
  4. Enter Display Name for your app, and provide a description if needed.
  5. Click Select SSO mode, then select SAML under Sign-In Type.
  6. Enter all SAML details.
  7. If it's necessary, perform attribute mapping for the app you're configuring as below:
    1. Enter Attribute Name, then select Format and Attribute Value.
    2. Click Done.
  8. Click Create.
