Client sign-up

Sign-up

Apart from being added to the portal manually by admins, you can also sign up using a URL link shared by the admin. On the sign-up page, enter your email address, fill in all the mandatory fields, and enter the verification code sent to your email address. Once your sign-up is complete, you can start accessing the resources provided by your admin.

Conditional sign-up

The conditional sign-up setting allows your admin to enable certain conditions to the sign-up process. If your admin has enabled conditional sign-up, you will be able to access the portal only after meeting the specified conditions.

The conditions include:

  1. Moderator approval: A moderator must approve your sign-up request. You will not be able to access the portal until your request is approved.
  2. Domains to be auto-approved: When you sign up with the specified domain that is set for auto-approval, your request will automatically be approved, and you can access the portal.
  3. Auto-approval for existing accounts: If your account already exists in any application within the portal, you can access the portal automatically.
