Customize portal

Prerequisites

Roles required:

Organization Owner/Admin

To customize portal:

The steps vary for the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

One Experience UI

Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon on the top-right corner.
Click Portals on the left menu, then click on the Customization tab.
To customize Branding Elements:

Hover over the center of the Logo or Favicon, then click Edit.
Click Browse to upload an image or Drag and Drop file under Logo or Favicon.
Click Update.
Supported file formats: PNG, JPG, and GIF. Image size should be less than 2 MB.

To customize Display name:

Enter a new display name and click Save.

To add a new Domain name:

Click Add new custom domain under CUSTOM DOMAIN.
Click Map My Domain.
Enter a new custom domain name, then click Next.
Click Verify and go to your domain's hosting website to verify the domain.
If you click I'll Verify Later, the status of the domain name will appear as NOT VERIFIED. You can add a new domain name to the portal only after verifying it.

To customize Theme:

Select a theme and click Preview and Edit.
Under the Appearance tab customize the appearance of the portal home.
Under the Applications tab make the required application's customization.
Click Publish.

Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon on the top-right corner.
Click Portals on the left menu, then click on the Customization tab.
To customize Branding Elements:

Hover over the center of the Logo or Favicon, then click Edit.
Click Browse to upload an image or Drag and Drop file under Logo or Favicon.
Click Update.
