Customize portal applications
Prerequisites

Organization Owner/Admin
To customize portal applications:
The steps vary for the User Interface versions supported in
Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed
with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
in the top-right corner.
- Go to Portals, then click on the Customization tab
- Under Theme, select a theme and click Preview & Edit.
- Go to the Applications tab, then click Add a new app if you want to add another app to the portal and customize it.
- To hide an app, disable the toggle next to the required app.
- To rename, click
next to the app. Make the required changes, then click Rename.
- To change the ordering of the apps in the portal, you can drag and change the app ordering.
- Click Publish.
Unified UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Portals, then click on the Customization tab
- Under Theme, select a theme and click Preview & Edit.
- Go to the Applications tab, then click Add a new app if you want to add another app to the portal and customize it.
- To hide an app, disable the toggle next to the required app.
- To rename, click
icon next to the app. Make the required changes, then click Rename.
- To change the ordering of the apps in the portal, you can drag and change the app ordering.
- Click Publish.
