Assign app to individuals

Organization Owner/Admin
To assign app to individuals:
The steps vary for the User Interface versions supported in
Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed
with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
Sign in to Zoho One , then click 
on the top-right corner.Go to Portals, then click the Apps tab
Click on the app you need to assign, then click Assign Clients.
Under the Individual tab, choose a client by manually entering their name, or click 
and select a client.
Click Assign. Unified UI
Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
Go to Portals, then click the Apps tab
Click the app you need to assign, then click Assign Clients.
Under the Individual tab, choose a client by manually entering their name, or click 
and select a client.
Click Assign.
