Edit client details

To edit client details:

The steps vary for the User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Unified UI
Spaces UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Portals.
  3. Under the Clients tab, click Manage Clients.
  4. Click on the client you want to change the setting for. You can also use  to find a specific client from the list.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Make the required changes, then click Update
Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Portals.
  3. Under the Clients tab, click Manage Clients.
  4. Click on the client you want to change the setting for. You can also use  to find a specific client from the list.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Make the required changes, then click Update.
