Assign apps to signed-up clients
Prerequisites
Roles required:
Organization Owner/Admin
To assign apps to signed-up clients:
The steps vary for the User Interface versions supported in
Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed
with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
on the top-right corner. - Go to Portals, then click on the Settings tab.
- Click Sign-up and ensure the Allow Client Sign-up toggle is turned on.
- Go
to APPS TO BE ASSIGNED, then click Assign apps and choose an app. This
app will be assigned automatically to all the signed-up clients.
- Click Save.
Unified UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Portals, then click on the Settings tab.
- Click Sign-up and ensure the Allow Client Sign-up toggle is turned on.
- Go
to APPS TO BE ASSIGNED, then click Assign apps and choose an app. This
app will be assigned automatically to all the signed-up clients.
- Click Save.
