Organization Owner/Admin

To delete a condition: 

The steps vary for the User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click  on the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Portals, then click on the Apps tab.
  3. Click the required app, then click Conditional Assignment.
  4. Click  next to the condition you need to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Portals, then click on the Apps tab.
  3. Click the required app, then click Conditional Assignment.
  4. Click  next to the condition you need to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
