Additional configurations for RADIUS for iOS, MacOS, and Windows

Prerequisites:  

  1. Download the Apple Configurator for Mac
  2. Sysadmin Access

For Mac  devices:

  1. Go to your Applications folder and open Apple Configurator.
  2. Click File from the top left corner, then click New Profile.
  3. Click Wi-Fi from the left menu, then click Configure.
  4. Provide unique name for Service Set Identifier (SSID).
  5. Under Security Type, select WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise.
  6. Under Protocols, select the checkbox for TTLS.
  7. Leave the User Name and Password fields empty. This will enable you to use your Zoho One credentials in future.
  8. Under Inner Authentication, select PAP.
  9. In the Outer Identity field, enter "Anonymous".
  10. Set TLS Minimum Version as 1.2, and TLS Maximum Version as 1.3.
  11. Click File on the top left menu bar, then click Save.
  12. Click Save Anyway in the pop-up.
  13. In the user's device, go to Downloads and double-click the downloaded file to install it.
  14. Click OK in the Profile downloaded confirmation pop-up.
  15. Go to system settings and search Profiles.
  16. Click Device Management, and under downloaded, click your saved file. It'll be in the uninstalled state.
  17. Review the details and click Install.

 

 

For Windows devices: 

  1. Click Start, then search 'Control panel'.
  2. Click Network and Internet.
  3. Click Open Network and Sharing Center.
  4. Click Set up a new connection or network.
  5. Click Manually connect to a wireless network, then click Next.
  6. Enter the following,
    1. Network name: SSID 
    2. Security type : WPA2-Enterprise  
    3. Encryption type: AES
  7. Click Next, then click Change connection settings.
  8. Click the Security tab.
  9. Select the network authentication method as EAP-TTLS.
  10. Click Settings next to the authentication method.
  11. Select the authentication method as Unencrypted password (PAP).
  12. Click Ok.


Notes
You can choose to save your credentials and not have it enter it each time you want to connect to the network.

  1. On the Wireless Network Properties window, click Advanced settings.
  2. Choose User authentication from the authentication mode drop-down. 
  3. Click Save credentials, enter your username and password, then click OK.
