Additional configurations for RADIUS for iOS, MacOS, and Windows
Prerequisites:
- Download the Apple Configurator for Mac
- Sysadmin Access
For Mac devices:
- Go to your Applications folder and open Apple Configurator.
- Click File from the top left corner, then click New Profile.
- Click Wi-Fi from the left menu, then click Configure.
- Provide unique name for Service Set Identifier (SSID).
- Under Security Type, select WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise.
- Under Protocols, select the checkbox for TTLS.
- Leave the User Name and Password fields empty. This will enable you to use your Zoho One credentials in future.
- Under Inner Authentication, select PAP.
- In the Outer Identity field, enter "Anonymous".
- Set TLS Minimum Version as 1.2, and TLS Maximum Version as 1.3.
- Click File on the top left menu bar, then click Save.
- Click Save Anyway in the pop-up.
- In the user's device, go to Downloads and double-click the downloaded file to install it.
- Click OK in the Profile downloaded confirmation pop-up.
- Go to system settings and search Profiles.
- Click Device Management, and under downloaded, click your saved file. It'll be in the uninstalled state.
- Review the details and click Install.
- Click Start, then search 'Control panel'.
- Click Network and Internet.
- Click Open Network and Sharing Center.
- Click Set up a new connection or network.
- Click Manually connect to a wireless network, then click Next.
- Enter the following,
- Network name: SSID
- Security type : WPA2-Enterprise
- Encryption type: AES
- Click Next, then click Change connection settings.
- Click the Security tab.
- Select the network authentication method as EAP-TTLS.
- Click Settings next to the authentication method.
- Select the authentication method as Unencrypted password (PAP).
- Click Ok.

You can choose to save your credentials and not have it enter it each time you want to connect to the network.
- On the Wireless Network Properties window, click Advanced settings.
- Choose User authentication from the authentication mode drop-down.
- Click Save credentials, enter your username and password, then click OK.
