Edit, Change and Delete key


The steps to edit, change, and delete key vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Change Key:

  1. Sign in to Zoho One .

  2. Click Directory icon on the top-right corner, then click Security.

  3. Click BYOK, hover over the key you want to change, and click Change Key.


  1. Choose the required key type.

NotesTo know how to add external key manager or upload a key, click here.

  1. Edit the details as required.

Note: Before making any change in the third-party provider, make sure the changed key gets processed in Zoho One.

  1. Click Change.

Edit key:

  1. Sign in to Zoho One .

  2. Click Directory icon on the top-right corner, then click Security.

  3. Click BYOK and hover over the key that you want to edit.

  4. Click and select Edit from the drop-down list.

  5. Edit the Key name, Available applications, and Cache duration as required.

  1. Enable availability key if you want it to be used for data recovery in case of unavailability of the configured key.

  2. Click Update.

 

Delete key:

  1. Sign in to Zoho One .

  2. Click Directory icon on the top-right corner, then click Security.

  3. Click BYOK and hover over the key that you want to delete.

  4. Click and select Delete from the drop-down list.

  5. Select the checkbox if you want to delete the key permanently.

    Notes
    Note: Data encrypted by this key cannot be recovered later.

  1. Click Confirm.

 

 

Unified UI

Change Key:

  1. Sign in to Zoho One .

  2. Click Directory in the left menu, then click Security.

  3. Click BYOK, hover over the key you want to change, and click Change Key.

  1. Choose the required key type.

  1. Edit the details as required.
