Custom authentication with JumpCloud enables SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) from JumpCloud to Zoho One. With SSO, you and your employees can sign in to JumpCloud and access Zoho One directly, without having to sign in to Zoho One.

To set up custom authentication with JumpCloud:

1. Sign in to JumpCloud's administrator console.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click on the plus icon.
   
3. Search for "Zoho", then click configure for the result.
   
4. Enter "Zoho One" under Display Label.
   
5. Enter your ACS URL in the ACS URL field.
   
Note: You can find the ACS URL in Zoho One's Custom Authentication page.

6. Copy the IDP URL, then click activate.
   
7. Click the added app, click IDP Certificate Valid, then click Download certificate.
   
8. Submit the IDP URL and the IDP Certificate to Zoho to set up SAML in Zoho One.
