Add security policy

In the web application:

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Go to Security, then click Security Policies.
  3. Click Add Security Policy.
  4. Enter the mandatory fields with appropriate information.
  5. To prevent the policy from being applied to specific users in the chosen groups, add them under Exclude Users.
  6. Set the password policy and also set up the advanced settings
  7. Then, click Add.
