The steps to add routing policy vary for the User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
on the top-right coner. - Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
- Click Add Policy.
- Enter a name for your policy, then select the groups you want to apply the policy to.
- Select if any groups whose users should be excluded from the policy, even if they are part of the selected groups.
- Select the priority of this policy with other routing policies.
- Click Next.
- Select the authentication modes that users belonging to this policy should be allowed to use.
- You'll be able to select IdPs you've already added, or add a new IdP.
- Set session settings. The available settings are:
- Session lifetime: The amount of time users can stay signed in at a time.
- Idle session timeout: The amount of time users can stay signed in without actively using their account.
- Click Add.
Unified UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
- Click Add Policy.
- Enter a name for your policy, then select the groups you want to apply the policy to.
- Select if any groups whose users should be excluded from the policy, even if they are part of the selected groups.
- Select the priority of this policy with other routing policies.
- Click Next.
- Select the authentication modes that users belonging to this policy should be allowed to use.
- You'll be able to select IdPs you've already added, or add a new IdP.
