Deactivate conditional access policy
The steps to deactivate conditional access policy vary for the User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
on the top-right corner. - Go to the Security tab, then go to Conditional Access Policies.
- Click on the policy you want to deactivate, click the
icon, then click Deactivate.
- Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
- You can activate the policy again by clicking on the policy, then clicking Activate.
Unified UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to the Security tab, then go to Conditional Access Policies.
- Click on the policy you want to deactivate, click the
icon, then click Deactivate.
- Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
- You can activate the policy again by clicking on the policy, then clicking Activate.
Deactivating
a conditional access policy may inadvertently lock your users out of
your organization or allow them to bypass conditional access.
