Deactivate IdP

The steps to deactivate IdP vary for the User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  • Sign in to Zoho One, then click  on the top-right corner.
  • Go to the Security tab, then go to Identity Providers.
  • Click on the IdP you want to deactivate, click the  icon, then click Deactivate.
  • Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
  • You can activate the IdP again by clicking on the IdP, then clicking Activate.

  • Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  • Go to the Security tab, then go to Identity Providers.
  • Click on the IdP you want to deactivate, click the  icon, then click Deactivate.
  • Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
  • You can activate the IdP again by clicking on the IdP, then clicking Activate.
