Deactivate routing policy

The steps to deactivate routing policy vary between three user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with steps that follow.

One Experience UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click the Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Security on the left menu. 
  3. Select Routing Policies, then click on the policy you want to deactivate. 
  4. Click the Meatball menu  , then click Deactivate
  5. Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
  6. You can activate the policy again by clicking on the policy, then clicking Activate.
Spaces UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click the Directory Settings  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Security on the left menu.
  3. Select Routing Policies, then click on the policy you want to deactivate.
  4. Click the Meatball menu  , then click Deactivate
  5. Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
  6. You can activate the policy again by clicking on the policy, then clicking Activate.
Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
  3. Click on the policy you want to deactivate, click the Meatball menu   , then click Deactivate
  4. Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
  5. You can activate the policy again by clicking on the policy, then clicking Activate.
Notes
When a routing policy is deactivated, the users the policy was applied to will be assigned to a different policy. Users who aren't part of any other groups to which a routing policy is applied to will be made to use the default policy.
