Deactivate security policy
The steps to deactivate security policy vary for the User Interface versions
supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below
and proceed with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
Sign in to Zoho One, then click
on the top-right corner.Go to the Security tab, then go to Security Policies.
Click on the policy you want to deactivate, click the
icon, then click Deactivate.
Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
You can activate the policy again by clicking on the policy, then clicking Activate. Unified UI
Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
Go to the Security tab, then go to Security Policies.
Click on the policy you want to deactivate, click the
icon, then click Deactivate.
Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
You can activate the policy again by clicking on the policy, then clicking Activate.
When a security policy is deactivated, the users the policy was applied
to will be assigned to a different policy. Users who aren't part of any
other groups to which a security policy is applied to will be made to
use the default policy.
