The steps to delete routing policy vary between three user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Sign in to Zoho One, then clickthe Admin Panel icon on the top-right corner.
Click Security on the left menu.
Select Routing Policies, then click on the policy you want to delete.
Click the Meatball icon , then click Delete.
Confirm your action by clicking Delete again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
Spaces UI
Sign in to Zoho One, then clickthe Directory Settings icon on the top-right corner.
Click Security on the left menu.
Select Routing Policies, then click on the policy you want to delete.
Click the Meatball icon , then click Delete.
Confirm your action by clicking Delete again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
Unified UI
Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
Click on the policy you want to delete, click the Meatball icon , then click Delete.
Confirm your action by clicking Delete again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
When a routing policy is deleted, the users the policy was applied to
will be assigned to a different policy. Users who aren't part of any
other groups to which a routing policy is applied to will be made to use
the default policy. This action is irreversible.
