Edit conditional access policy
The steps to edit conditional access policy vary between the three user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
One Experience UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon
on the top-right corner. - Click Security on the left menu, the Conditional Access Policies tab opens by default.
Click on the policy you want to edit.
- Use the sub-tabs to edit the policy:
- Policy Info: You can add or remove users to be excluded from the policy, or add or remove groups to which the policy should be applied to. You cannot switch between applying the policy to specific groups or to everyone in the organization.
- Conditions: You can edit which conditions should be checked, and how.
Actions: Change what type of action should be taken based on your policy.
- Once you've made the changes in a sub-tab, click Update to save your changes.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon
on the top-right corner. - Click Security on the left menu, the Conditional Access Policies tab opens by default.
Click on the policy you want to edit.
- Use the sub-tabs to edit the policy:
- Policy Info:

- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to the Security tab, then go to Conditional Access Policies.
Click on the policy you want to edit.
- Use the sub-tabs to edit the policy:
- Policy Info:
