Edit routing policy

Edit routing policy

The steps to edit routing policy vary between three user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click the Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Security on the left menu.  
  3. Select Routing Policies, then click on the policy you want to edit.
  4. Use the sub-tabs to edit the policy:
    1. Policy Info: You can add or remove groups to which the policy should be applied to, or add or remove groups to be excluded from the policy.
    2. Authentication Modes: You can edit the authentication modes that users belonging to this policy should be allowed to use. 
    3. Session settings: Edit the amount of time users can stay signed in at a time, or the amount of time users can stay signed in without actively using their account. 
  5. Once you've made the changes in a sub-tab, click Update to save your changes.
Spaces UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click the Directory Settings icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Security on the left menu.  
  3. Select Routing Policies, then click on the policy you want to edit.
  4. Use the sub-tabs to edit the policy:
    1. Policy Info: You can add or remove groups to which the policy should be applied to, or add or remove groups to be excluded from the policy.
    2. Authentication Modes: You can edit the authentication modes that users belonging to this policy should be allowed to use.

  5. Once you've made the changes in a sub-tab, click Update to save your changes.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
  3. Click on the policy you want to edit.
  4. Use the sub-tabs to edit the policy:
    1. Policy Info: You can add or remove groups to which the policy should be applied to, or add or remove groups to be excluded from the policy.
    2. Authentication Modes: You can edit the authentication modes that users belonging to this policy should be allowed to use. 
    3. Session settings: Edit the amount of time users can stay signed in at a time, or the amount of time users can stay signed in without actively using their account. 
  5. Once you've made the changes in a sub-tab, click Update to save your changes.
