The steps to edit security policy vary for the User Interface versions supported in
Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed
with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
on the top-right corner. - Go to the Security tab, then go to Security Policies.
- Click on the policy you want to edit.
- Use the sub-tabs to edit the policy:
- Policy Info: You can add or remove groups to which the policy should be applied to, or add or remove users to be excluded from the policy.
- Password Policy: You can enable or disable the password policy, or change the parameters of the policy.
- Advanced Settings: You can edit the lock period settings and session limit.
- Once you've made the changes in a sub-tab, click Update to save your changes. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
Unified UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to the Security tab, then go to Security Policies.
- Click on the policy you want to edit.
- Use the sub-tabs to edit the policy:
- Policy Info: You can add or remove groups to which the policy should be applied to, or add or remove users to be excluded from the policy.
