Rename routing policy

The steps to rename routing policy vary for the User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  on the top-right corner.
  2. Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
  3. Click on the policy you want to rename, click  then click Rename.
  4. Enter the new name, then click Rename.

Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
  3. Click on the policy you want to rename, then click Rename.
  4. Enter the new name, then click Rename.
