Reorder routing policy

The steps to reorder routing policy vary for the User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click  on the top-right corner.
  2. Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
  3. Use the  icon to drag-and-drop the policies to your preferred order.

Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to the Security tab, then go to Routing Policies.
  3. Use the  icon to drag-and-drop the policies to your preferred order.
Notes
 Only one routing policy can be applied to a user, and policy priority is used to determine that priority. When a user belongs to different groups assigned to different policies, or when a group is assigned to two different policies, the policy that has the highest priority (closer to the top) is assigned to the user, and they can use the authentication modes configured in that policy.
