Reorder security policy

The steps to reorder security policy vary for the User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  • Sign in to Zoho One, then click  on the top-right corner.
  • Go to the Security tab, then go to Security Policies.
  • Use the  icon to drag-and-drop the policies to your preferred order.

  • Go to the Security tab, then go to Security Policies.
  • Use the  icon to drag-and-drop the policies to your preferred order.

    Only one security policy can be applied to a user, and policy priority is used to determine that priority. When a user belongs to different groups assigned to different policies, or when a group is assigned to two different policies, the policy that has the highest priority (closer to the top) is assigned to the user, and the parameters of that policy will be enforced to them.
