Subscription

Overview

The Subscription tab in Zoho One allows you to view and manage your organization's Zoho One plan from a single place. Depending on your subscription status (Online, Offline, Trial, or Renewal failed), you can: 
  1. View your current plan status (Paid or Trial).
  2. Check the number of licenses purchased and currently in use.
  3. Perform subscription-related actions, such as managing your subscription, purchasing additional licenses, viewing payment history, and purchasing add-ons.

Note: The information displayed and the actions available in the Subscription tab vary based on your current subscription status.

Access the Subscription tab

Follow these steps to access the Subscription tab:
  1. Sign in to your Zoho One account.
  2. Click  in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Subscription from the left menu.
Online Zoho One subscription
For organizations, that purchased Zoho One online, the Subscription tab displays your plan details, licence usage, billing information, renewal details, and purchased add-ons (if any).

Manage your online Zoho One subscription

  1. Click Buy More under the Users section or click Manage Subscription to purchase additional user licenses.
  2. Click Purchase Add-ons to open the store and purchase your first add-on.
  3. If add-ons are already purchased, click Manage Add-ons to buy more.
  4. Click View Payment History to view your transaction and billing history.


Offline Zoho One subscription
When Zoho One is purchased offline, the Subscription tab displays your subscription and license details with limited self-service options.

Manage your offline Zoho One subscription

  1. To request additional licenses, click Contact Support.
  2. Click Manage Subscription to view subscription details in the Zoho Store.
  3. Click View Payment History to view available transaction records.
  4. To purchase add-ons, modify your subscription, or request an upgrade, contact upgrade@zohocorp.com for offline assistance

Note: For offline subscriptions, license changes and upgrades require assistance from Zoho Support.
Trial Zoho One subscription
During a Zoho One trial, the Subscription tab displays trial-related details such as trial status, available users, and the trial end date. 

Manage your trial Zoho One subscription

  1. To move to a paid plan, click Upgrade to complete the purchase in the Zoho Store.
  2. To cancel the trial, click Cancel Trial in the top-right corner and confirm the action. Only the Organization Owner can cancel a Zoho One trial.


Notes
Note: Add-ons and additional user licenses are not available during the trial. To access these features, upgrade to a paid Zoho One plan.
Renewal failed
When auto-renewal fails after four retry attempts, the Subscription tab displays a Renewal failed status to alert administrators.
  1. Click Manage Subscription to update payment details and complete the renewal in Zoho Store.


Notes
Note: If the subscription is not renewed, you may lose access to Zoho One services.
