JPG files with CMYK color profiles cannot be uploaded
Description
You may encounter this error when you're updating:
- Your organization's logo
- Your organization's favicon
- A user's photo
- A group's photo
- A Marketplace application's logo
Reason
Color
profiles express the range of colors that can be represented by
physical devices, such as monitors or printers. Images with CMYK color
profiles look better in print, while images with RGB color profiles look
better on digital displays. Therefore, JPEG-CMYK files are not
supported by most online services, including Zoho One.
Solutions
One of the following solutions can help you upload the image:
- Convert the image to the PNG file format using image editing software or an online converter
- Convert your JPG file to a more common color profile using image editing software
- Use a different image
