Description
Users may encounter this issue when attempting to add a standalone application (for example, Recruit) to their Zoho One suite. This can lead to the app being unapproved or not added at all.
Reason
- The user is only an admin in Zoho One:
If an admin in Zoho One tries to add a standalone app like Recruit in the Zoho One suite but only has user-level access within Recruit, the app will be marked as unapproved in Zoho One or the addition will fail.
- The app owner is not a part of Zoho One:
If an Owner/Admin of the Recruit app is not a part of Zoho One, no approval will be sent and the app will remain under the unapproved status.
Solution
- The user in the first scenario should contact the app owner or contact support@zohoone.com to get admin access in the Recruit app.
- The Recruit app owner in the second scenario that lacks admin privileges or is not part of Zoho One should be added to Zoho One as an admin by contacting support@zohoone.com.
- The Recruit app owner with admin privileges in Zoho One can approve or deny the app addition to the requesting user from the notification section in the admin panel. Refer to the article Grant app request for more information on this.
