Unable to deactivate the user in Desk

Description

You may encounter this error when you are trying to deactivate a user.

Reason

This error occurs because the user you are trying to deactivate either has an integration with the Zoho Finance Suite or has been assigned as a DRE (Deluge Rights Enforcement) admin.

Solution

1. Owner of Zoho Finance Suite Integration: To deactivate the user, firstly you need to disable the Zoho Finance Suite integration the user has set up in Desk. Then you can proceed to deactivation.

2. Desk DRE Admin: If the user you're trying to deactivate is assigned as a DRE admin, ask your super admin to send an email to support@zohoone.com requesting the removal of the user from the DRE admin permissions.
