Integrate Zoho Commerce with Zoho PageSense

Overview

This integration allows you to conduct A/B tests on your store and optimize your store for improved visitor conversions. You can also create personalized website variations for your audience.

The steps to integrate Zoho Commerce with Zoho PageSense vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To enable the integration,

Sign in to Zoho One.
Click on the top-right corner, then click Integrations.
Click Integrations in the tab at the top.
Click the app you want to integrate with, then click Available; all the available integrations will be listed; click Enable.

Integration will be enabled only after configuration is completed. Incomplete configurations will be listed under Pending Actions.

To configure the integration,

Follow the steps mentioned in the link to configure.

To deactivate the integration,

Sign in to Zoho One.
Click on the top-right corner, then click Integrations.
Click Integrations in the tab at the top.
Click the required app, hover over the integration you want to delete, click , then click Deactivate.
Read the confirmation message and click Deactivate.

While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.

You can activate the integration later by clicking Activate.

To delete the integration,

Sign in to Zoho One.
Click on the top-right corner, then click Integrations.
Click Integrations in the tab at the top.
Click the required app, hover over the integration you want to delete, click , then click Delete.
Read the confirmation message and click Delete.

Delete is an irreversible action.You will need to re-enable and configure the integration to use it again.
