Integration-based Lite user add-ons in Zoho One – Overview

Integration-based Lite User Add-ons - Overview

When certain Zoho applications are integrated with Zoho One, users from those integrations are brought into your organization automatically through integration-based Lite user add-ons, which are a special category of Lite user license. For an overview of Lite users in Zoho One, see Lite Users in Zoho One - Overview. You do not need to add them manually, and no separate license purchase is required.
Notes
Additional app integrations may be supported in future releases.

How integration-based Lite user add-ons work

Aspect
What this means for you
Purchase
Integration-based Lite user add-ons cannot be purchased from the Zoho Store.
Adding users
Users are added through the originating application's integration flow. You cannot manually assign the integration-based Lite user add-on from the Zoho One Add User page.
Visibility
These add-ons are not available for selection in the standard license selection flow or Conditional Assignment rules. But, if a user already has an integration-based Lite user add-on, it appears as their current license when you change that user's license.
Changing the license
You can change a user's license to a full Zoho One license or another Lite user license at any time. Once changed, the integration-based add-on cannot be manually reassigned. Re-conversion may be possible when the user is re-added through the originating integration. See the relevant integration section (for example, Practice's) for details.

Important: Before changing an integration-based Lite user's license, confirm that the new license supports the applications they need. If it does not, the user may lose access to the associated applications.
