What to expect when a user is deleted?

1. Permanent deletion: Deleting a user in Zoho One is an irreversible action.
   
2. Access is revoked: The user will lose access to all applications under the Zoho One bundle.
   
3. Account retention: If the user's domain-based email is hosted within Zoho One, you can choose to delete the user only from Zoho One or remove their Zoho account entirely. Deleting the account is irreversible and removes access to all Zoho services.
   
4. Directory sync limitations: If the user you wish to delete was imported via Directory Stores, AD sync tool, or user provisioning, the user will not be removed from Directory post deletion. You must delete them manually so that the user will not be re-imported during sync.
   
5. Impact on groups and departments: The user will be removed from all groups and departments within the organization. Any Zoho services relying on these may experience disruptions.
   
6. License usage: The user's license will continue to be occupied until the deletion process is complete.
